Anal cancer is commonly associated with the human papilloma virus (HPV). Dr. Dattani provides comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment for not only anal cancer but HPV and High-risk lesions.
Rare Tumors
Rare tumors are common for Dr. Dattani to treat such as Neuroendocrine Tumors (Carcinoid), Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors, Desmoid tumors to name a few.
Hernia Surgery
Although Dr. Dattani focuses on Colorectal surgery, his core training was in General Surgery which includes inguinal and ventral hernias. He offers minimally invasive approaches to both.

Anorectal Procedures

Roughly 600 new cases of Colon and Rectal Cancer are diagnosed each year in Idaho, Dr. Dattani is the highest volume Robotic Surgeon in the state specializing in these procedures. He focuses on minimally invasive surgery, excellent oncologic outcomes, and early return to daily life.
